4月20日，令人瞩目的第十五届北京国际电影节动漫影视单元大兴亦庄会场开幕式盛大举行。此次活动由北京市广电局、北京市电影局及北京市大兴区委区政府联合主办，北京影视动画协会承办。会场举办了众多影视、动画、AI相关的活动，吸引了众多领导、专家及文化产业代表齐聚一堂，共同探讨AI科技在电影艺术领域的崭新未来。

On April 20th, the grand opening ceremony of the 15th Beijing International Film Festival Animation and Film Unit was held at the Daxing Yizhuang venue. This event was jointly organized by Beijing Radio and Television Bureau, Beijing Film Bureau, and Daxing District Government, with Beijing Film and Animation Association as the organizer. The venue hosted numerous film, animation, and AI-related activities, attracting many leaders, experts, and cultural industry representatives to gather and discuss the new future of AI technology in the field of film art.

AI未来电影研究院揭牌仪式的举行标志着"AI+影视"交叉领域的研究与实践迈入了新的里程碑。AI影像标准实验室的签约标志着中国在AI影视技术研究领域正从"跟跑"走向"并跑"甚至"领跑"，为全球AI影像发展贡献"中国力量"。智能玩具研发中心签约将促进京粤两地协同产业落地新模式，促进IP衍生品的产业链条健康发展，用科技重新定义玩具的新方程式。

The inauguration ceremony of the AI Future Film Institute marks a new milestone in the research and practice of the "AI + Film" interdisciplinary field. The signing of the AI Image Standard Laboratory signifies that China is moving from "following" to "running alongside" and even "leading" in AI film technology research, contributing "Chinese strength" to global AI image development. The signing of the Smart Toy R&D Center will promote a new model of coordinated industrial implementation between Beijing and Guangdong, foster the healthy development of the IP derivative industry chain, and redefine toys with a new formula of technology.

During the high-level dialogue session of the opening ceremony, experts and scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on the topic "AI: Tool or Creator—Reconstructing the Boundaries of Film Art," highlighting the multiple roles of AI technology in future film creation.

作为本届动漫影视单元的重磅内容之一，10部院线AI动画电影和20部AI动画短片的发布，剑指百亿票房新高地和国内外电影节奖项。

As one of the highlights of this animation and film unit, the release of 10 theatrical AI animated films and 20 AI animated short films aims at reaching new heights of ten billion yuan box office and winning domestic and international film festival awards.

此次盛会不仅展示了AI技术在电影领域的应用成果，也搭建了文化交流与合作的平台，为推动电影艺术的边界重构注入了新能量。

会场所在的地是探索"演艺新空间+"打造京南文商旅体融合消费新场景，体现票根经济，在电影节期间有优惠折扣，已在繁星亦花园剧场上演54场剧目，是大兴区与经开区两区协同联动成果。

The venue is exploring the "New Performance Space+" to create a new consumption scenario integrating culture, commerce, tourism, and sports in southern Beijing, reflecting the ticket stub economy with discounts during the film festival. It has already staged 54 performances at the Starry Yiyuan Theater, which is a result of the coordinated interaction between Daxing District and Economic Development Zone.

亦庄镇打造科技文化产业融合示范区。依托东工业区与亦花园，AI影像标准实验室，AI参与制作动画。文化和科技的双向赋能，经济效益和社会效益兼具啊，为两区协同发展赋能。

Yizhuang Town is building a demonstration zone for the integration of technology and cultural industries. Relying on the Eastern Industrial Zone and Yiyuan Garden, the AI Image Standard Laboratory participates in the production of animations. The two-way empowerment of culture and technology combines economic and social benefits, enabling the coordinated development of the two districts.

除论坛与发布活动外，会场还同步推出了丰富多元的市民互动体验活动。位于创意集市高10米的"天眼猫"巨型装置艺术成为全场焦点——该装置由国际知名艺术家凡悲鲁亲自设计、全球独家授权，科幻感造型与IP联动属性兼具，极具视觉冲击与收藏价值。使用体验互动性极强的天眼猫畅游天下的小程序，观众可以选择任意场景AI生成天眼猫到该地旅游的照片，还可以与天眼猫聊天及查询周边生活信息，非常有趣。

In addition to forums and release events, the venue also launched rich and diverse interactive experiences for citizens. The 10-meter-high "Sky Eye Cat" giant art installation at the creative market became the focus of the entire venue—this installation was personally designed by internationally renowned artist Fan Beilu with exclusive global authorization, combining sci-fi styling with IP linkage properties, and possessing strong visual impact and collection value. Using the highly interactive mini-program "Sky Eye Cat Travels the World," audiences can choose any scene to generate AI photos of Sky Eye Cat traveling to that location, chat with Sky Eye Cat, and query surrounding life information, which is very interesting.

与此同时，万只气球万人创意涂鸦活动也将园区化为充满童趣与创意的艺术空间，现场观众挥动画笔，将色彩、想象与祝福绘制在专属气球上，共同拼出一片春日的梦幻天幕。

At the same time, the creative graffiti activity with ten thousand balloons and ten thousand people transformed the park into an art space full of childlike fun and creativity. On-site audiences waved their brushes to paint colors, imagination, and blessings on their exclusive balloons, jointly creating a dreamy spring sky.
